Looks totally stock, actually running about 240 BHP in a 900KG tub First proper going over its had since we had a baby 5 1/2 months ago. She actually sat and watched me do the last hour

as a recent vx convert, i am not sure how they could ever be called sleepers lol, there fairly lairy and rapid even standard.

about 145-150hp not had mine long but it feels rapid enought to me and its standard aprt from induction and exhaust which might add 1 bhp if im lucky.

Yes they are superb in standard form. They dont really need the additional 100 BHP but the opportunity came up to have the conversion done so I went with it. Turns it from a fun sports car into a serious tool for attacking B roads.

I dunno maybe if you wound a tubro one up to about 400bhp I think it may shock a few people.

That would be a sleeper of a different type. Looks like a normal, run of the mill, reasonably fast car. 400bhp on tap would give some extremely serious metal a good run for its money - thats deep into supercar terrority though.

its a sleeper in the sense people will assume its the 150bhp 2.2 but not a sleeper in the real sense
