We now have his and hers cars.. whistle

Picked up a really nice black mk2 - its a 1999 63k with one owner from new - a woman with OCD who was a nightmare to do a deal with but a good woman to buy a car off. Loads of reciepts and its been really well looked after.

Whats struck me is how much fun it is to drive. Compared to mine it lacks straight line pace but through the roundabouts of Milton Keynes it is MASSIVE fun! Chuck it in at seemingly any speed and its really adjustable. The gearchange is perfect and the steering accurate with loads of feel.

Right now I need another excuse to drive it...

ETA: I don't name cars, but if I did it would be Dave Lee Travis...

As mockable as 'his and hers' car combinations are, it must be good having two to choose between when you go for a drive!

Nice pair of MX-5's there... The his and hers thing is a nice touch, something I used to have in common with you:

...And then a bit later, after realising just how much fun MX-5's were...
