Toyota MR2 Roadster
Discussion
Just picked this up as a new car for my good lady (looking proud in the second photo!) really impressed with it so far it is a cracking drive much better than my old MG TF, and i think it looks great in the rare British Racing Green with black leather.
picked it up on Saturday and had a good fun run up to Silverstone for the Sunday service yesterday, owned it for less than thatn a day before it's first PH meet!!

I LOVED my Roadster, I had it for nearly 3 years. I've had an S1 Elise and S2000 since then, and I'd still quite happily go back to an MR2. I put Toyo Proxes on mine and lowered it with TTE springs, which made a huge difference to handling and looks, but otherwise it was pretty much standard.
The hood was fantastic, so easy to just pull up and clip in place even at motorway speeds, and I always found Toyota dealers to be very helpful. Cracking cars, you've made a great choice and the colour is cool.

Great cars, often overlooked thanks to the poor storage space and hairdresser image.
Certainly I really enjoyed the pre-facelift one I had, and have very fond memories of doing a tour of the French and Swiss Alps in it - it suited the twisty Alpine roads so well.
Not seen one in BRG before, but the colour certainly suits it - far better than the bright green the pre-facelift ones very available in (IMO atleast)
