Out with the old and in with the.....errrm....old? (Teg DC2)
Discussion
So there's a bit of a story to this car! I originally had it a few years back and didn't initally click with it. I was used to a stripped out EG6 civic and this just felt a little normal back then and I couldn't get on with it. My mum needed a new car so I passed it on to her and she's been driving it (a bit) ever since.
Fast forward a few years and I'm driving a MG TF 160. A cracking little car (despite the negative opinion of them) but I'll admit I was a little bored now that the roof was up most of the time. My mum was moaning that she's abit scared of the teg and was considering getting rid and getting something smaller. Cue the lightbulb above my head and the swap was done so I'm now the proud owner of a 1998 ITR DC2 which had a complete engine rebuild less than 3000 miles ago (my fault but we won't go into that).
These pics are old but it looks no different:

Not sure what I can say about the car now apart from that I now get it! It handles even better than my Elise did (though that was a while back) and is still really comfortable. I'm looking to buy a new car (probably a boxster) in March but I think I might keep this as a weekend toy and go a little bit ott with it but we'll see.
Thanks for looking, hopefully the fact that I've drank a bottle of wine doesn't come across too much
