I am visiting my brother in Toronto, and have been pleasantly surprised by how dinky his Kia Koup Forte is. It's very capacious for a small car, and has a very peppy 2.5 litre DOHC engine, six speed gearbox, and excellent handling.
The use of interior space is even more efficient than that of a Fiat Coupe, with proper rear seats and a deep boot. The interior has quite a good quality feel. Very chuckable and rorty.
If they ever bring them to the UK I think I'd be interested. Had a play on the US Kia website and once you look past the badge snobbery they look like excellent value for money.
Looks pretty decent, i would personally de badge the front as it looks like it is just stuck on, and for the rear replace the badge with the spider/crab badge thats on the rear bumper.
I really do like that, though it would look even better if these badges on the back were gone, apart from the center KIA badge. But I guess now I'm nitpicking
$18,000 Canadian (£11,400) for my brother's fully toyed top end version.
Crikey that's good value - I love the look of these, and I reckon with some big Audi-type wheels and the KIA badges taken off you'd turn some heads too!
