Just picked this up today after trading in our old 9 year old GLC350d with 63K on it.

It's a 2025 with 9000 miles on it and has got the big 31kw battery on it and well, the tech has moved on hasn't it !!

I wanted a premium plus hybrid but my wife wanted the neva interior so...we now have a Premium hehe

Why PHEV ? Well it's basically my wife's car and she does less than 15 miles a day, so the 350d was completely the wrong engine for her even though it never gave us any issues in the time we had it. But I think with the range on this c70 miles means that we'll use little to no petrol now.

Am going to need a day to go through everything like setting up profiles, registering fingerprints and doing the whole digital key onto our phones so we can leave the keys at home.

First impressions are it's very nice to drive and damn quiet. I tried to persuade her into an electric GLB but she has range anxiety (I know i know) so I'm going to use this as a way to get her used to the whole running on battery and plugging in and then in a few years I think she'll be more comfortable

Pics..

Driving back from the dealership, it did this

I know !

She does (maybe twice a year) go and see her Sister & Husband who live not far from Burwash, so that's maybe 200 miles and that's enough for her to be worried, so slowly slowly on getting her used to battery
