Independent Porsche workshop recommendation

Just received significant quote from a main dealer for work on a 997 GT3 - any recommendations for independent Porsche specialists in the North West? Have already approached NineMeister - any others people have tried successfully?

Try Tech 9 Motorsport in Hale, Liverpool. They raced 997 GT3's successfully in Europe

I have been a customer since 1996 with 3.2 Carrera, Boxster and 996.

No, but they're all very well known/respected and worthy of further investigation and/or a call

I can highly recommend Unique Porsche in Westhoughton. Darren and his team are very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and fair. His workshop puts many franchised shops to shame too. Builds and prepares race cars there too.

Depending on exactly where you are in the North West, I can recommend Dave Griffiths Racing. Despite the name, he also works on road cars. It's a bit weird when I see my Boxster in the same workshop as a 917 though.
