Why are UK and European dealers not allowed to add ADM by Porsche AG like in the USA?

Additional Dealer Markup - seems the yank dealers bump the prices even higher than MRRP for special options / models, e.g. 25K to add the PTS option

Well, I think it is a good thing that UK dealers cannot do that !!
