Seems the ad has now been removed. Disgusting people. Would have hoped the discrepancy came up in HPI though, owing to MOT mileages. See here for adverts and details but in a nutshell

Amazing how many people don't check mot history or hpi...
It's back

Looks like he has realised his mistake. Hidden in the body of the text it the confirmation that whilst the clock shows 76,000 miles, the car has done 248,000 plus...it's actually done over 248,000...

The error of his ways in having it clocked, or not stating that the mileage was wrong in the listing?http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/porsche-cayenne-s-twin-t...

Feedback as a seller makes for interesting reading....

Think you've got your links messed up as I'm getting M5s. But anyway, also seen that Cayenne back on eBay again. Now in Birmingham I think. But let's say last mot was 6 months ago and says 250k miles, so honest mileage is 250 plus something. Would anyone change the clock to 250 from 80 on the basis it's not 100% right but a hell of a lot more correct?
Perhaps a stupid question but how does one clock a modern car? Do you just need knowledge of ECU programming like a chip company has?
