111 Point Checklist

Hi Guys

I wonder if someone could assist me.

When you buy a pre owned Porsche from a Porsche dealer it is meant to come with this 111 Point check.

Does anyone know if part of the check is the all important - Brake Discs and Brake Pads check ?

I haven't seen a copy of the 111-point checklist, but I would expect that discs and pads were on it.

I've got one in front of me now, having joined the GT4 owners club over the weekend

Section F, (drive system / underbody) includes 4 points (#62 -65) on brakes:

- Brake lines and hoses
- Brake pads (max 50% wear and thickness at least 4mm)
- Brake discs (max 1.4mm wear)
- Brake calipers / air ducts / cover plates

So it looks as if the brake checks are quite extensive

Review the 111 point and overrevs report for the car before purchase and get copies + factory build data report when you buy it

Did the OPC do the last service? If so ask to see the report and check if there was any advisories.
