Does anybody know this 997 GT3
Discussion
I have been watching this car for a while and it looks to be a reasonjable price. Does anybody know whether it has any adverse history or not which could explain why it hasn't sold yet? https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Porsche-911-GT3-Clubspo...
Thank you in advance,
Danny.

That has been for sale for ages and don’t think the mileage helps and was probably someone’s daily drive back in the day when mileage wasn’t so precious.
I found this old ad back from June 17 so you could go to it’s 1st birthday!!
It has come down by £15k in that year but £90k was extremely optimistic as Estoril blue is not a million miles away from Cobalt that was readily available.

I have viewed it. I was tempted, but also couldn't get my head around Estoril Blue, which, to me, is a BMW M3 colour!
The front splitter is a bit tatty and could do with a respray. Otherwise, cosmetically, it was good. I was given ample opportunity to check the history file which was comprehensive. It's generally had its scheduled servicing at OPCs and intermediate work done at indys.
I wasn't quite in a position to buy, so didn't drive it. If you're not too far away, it's worth a look just to see the other stuff they have for sale!
At £75k, if it checks out, I'd suggest its a good proposition.

Friend of mine had it inspected about a month ago. He didn’t buy it.
Why?[/quoteAccording to the guy that inspected it who knows these cars inside out, it’s been punched front and rear. Bit of a surprise to my mate as he viewed it in the show room and thought it was a clean car worth pursuing.
