Porsche paint in a spray can?
Discussion
I need to get hold of some paint in a Porsche colour (Peridot Green) for a project I'm working on, but if I'm honest I'm a bit stumped as to where to go for it. It doesn't need to be a 100% identical match as it's going on something not yet painted anyway, and I don't need something supplied by Porsche at the cost of £££. There's a ton of random places on the internet that can send you spray cans in a colour you specify but I have no idea if they're any good or not, does anyone have any recommendations on where to go?
Not looking to bust the bank on this one, and I reckon I'll only need two cans. Appreciate any ideas you folks have.

Hi Dan, I think you need to find a local paint guy and ask how many "shades" of the colour were made under the Porsche paint code? I've just had some minor cosmetics done on my 996 & the paint guy said there was only 1 colour for the code whereas a friend with a Seal Grey car whose also having some minor work done has found there are 4 shades!?

Ah good point Chris, hadn't actually considered the shade thing. Hopefully as there's nothing to directly compare it to then it won't matter if it's not a bang-on match with the colour on a particular car, but something I'd not thought of.Forums | Porsche General | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
