Swap 997.1 coupe plus cash for 997.2 cab

so a friend has a boggo but well maintained and 44k mile manual but is lusting for a later manual cab. would anyone even entertain such a swap or should he just get sell it first?

If he really wants a cab he wants to test drive a 997.2 cab followed by a 3.4 S 981 Boxster.
Boxster is the far better convertible and much newer and possibly still under porsche warranty. Unless he really wants the rear seats but in a cab they are pretty useless anyway
