I managed to break the clip on the ABS sensor connector on the front while doing pad swap, this is the car side of the loom rather than the sensor which sits in the hub.

The sensor is fine, and I've done a small bodge to ensure the connector stays on, but I want to make it back to OEM. Can anyone tell me if its possible as I'm not sure how much of the loom is replaceable.

Hi ParkerG, there is a part number on the plug connector part, its Vw/audi number if you can read it.

If it is there, you can ring any audi/vw tps (trade parts supplier) and order from them.

I have found an axle harness on Partslonk24, under section 902-011, part number 991.609.131.00 harness.

This looks like abs/pad wear sensor loom.I would give this number to your OPC and see if its the correct one,£ price was around £80.00

Thanks for that Chris.

The part on the plug looks like J0906102 but its hard to tell. I've just had a look on the Porsche parts catalogue and yes I think 991 609 131 00 is the correct part.

I don't know how it fits though? I didn't spot a connection further into the car, will the wires have to be spliced?

Hi ParkerG,you would need special terminal tools to push them out of the plug.

I would find an electrician or specialist near you to do this,if u don't have tools.
