Porsche Macan GTS Exhaust Rattle

Has any had this fault in the exhaust back box. The nipple in the centre rattles, while the right hand side one is fine. Anyone had this fault? Or Know what the nipple is.

I'd have to assume it is the shaft for the sports exhaust valve. It doesn't seem to be in the parts catalogue as a separate part.

A welding shop can always replace the exhaust valve which will be far cheaper.
