Porsche Dynamic Chassis Control

Thinking about buying Porsche Panamera Turbo, I’ve read that the Dynamic chassis control is a good option, preventing undo roll on bends, how can I tell if a particular car has it.
Does it just sit and operate in the background all the time, or is there a button to switch it on?

If you’re unsure what you are buying ask the seller for spec check, Porsche can produce this for them from the vin number and is available to non Porsche dealerships.

I have it on several cars. Is on by default. I believe you can switch it off like most Porsche items of this nature.
