Folks, I’ve replaced the O/S light fitting on my 2004 Tuscan S.
I’ve been faffing with the ballast, and am now at the point where I’m sourcing a new alternative from an HID specialist. So don’t have drivers side main beam currently.

However, I’ve noticed that I don’t have the headlight flash function on the binnacle stalk. The hazards work - (thinking the flash function is through this relay).

On the fuse/relay diagram I can see relays for side lights and dip beam headlights…..could it be one of these?

Any comments?

Anyone?
Wondering if it’s because I haven’t got two main beam lights?

I’ve moved some of the wires whilst grovelling behind the access panel on the inner wing.

My apologies if this is too obvious, but does the ignition switch have to be on or the engine running? I'm on my 5th TVR but not had a Tuscan,

Doh!! hadn't thought of that!

Also, getting my sensible head on, and remembering what happens with a headlight flash....it is the main beam that flashes. So, I'll not get too worried until I have the driver's side main beam working. If there is still an issue, I'll have a look at the switch assembly in the binnacle.

Thanks for replying!
