alarm noise

had the tuscan 7 weeks now, (bloody fantastic) should have changed years ago, one question though why does the alarm bleep and flash the indicators 4 times when i press the fob straight after i get out, but if i press the fob about 30 sec after getting out there is no bleeps and only 2 flashes. It does all that beeping if the interior light is still on. After it has gone out when you lock it, no more beeps, don't ask me why.

It does that beep when any electrical circuit is open and you arm the alarm.

BIG NOTE If you have waited the requesite time and it still bleeps when arming check you have shut the boot properly ! The light stays on in there and it can drain the battery quite quickly.
