I'm locked out!

Hi guys can anyone help my tuscan won't let me in. The alarm is going on and off (indicators flashing 2 times on 1 time off) but none of the door buttons or boot lid catch work. I gained access last night (I wont tell you how) and both internal buttons worked fine car started etc But went out again this afternoon same shit! Any Ideas guys, I think I may have confused it by unlocking/locking and trying to open in quick succession yesterday evening. ECU reset perhaps?

Have not had symptoms like yours, but I noticed that a lock, rapidly followed by unlock seems to get the car confused. Mine recovers if you just repeat and leave it a short time before unlocking.

My car seems to have corrected itself locked me out a couple of times but opened both doors from inside a couple of times and it sorted itself out. Wierd but true

I left my camera propped up against the panic button at the back of the shelf and had symptons similar to those you describe. Did you have anything on the shelf that could have been pressing against the button ?

I met another Tuscan owner near R'mansworth ( ) who warned me about this because he'd managed to do it with CD cases

Look on the bright side, if it wont let you in, you can,t drive it and therefore it wont break down and cost you money.

You most probably have the good fortune of owning the most reliable Tuscan in the country.

My alarm/lock gets confused now and then. If all else fails disconnect battery under near side wheelarch then reconnect. It should forget all the crap and let you in.
