Misfiring Tuscan - can I read fault codes?

A colleague has a mis-firing Tuscan 2.
I have VAG-COM software that allows me to connect to OBD-II ports on VW/Audi/Skoda/Seat cars. It says it can read some other engine fault codes etc. from OBD-II cars.
Now, how likely is it that this is possible on a Tuscan?
