Has anyone experienced the Shark nose cans from TVR Power. I have CCC cans on at the minute and love the popping and banging on overrun but their looking a little tired now. I love the look of the shark nose ones but the price is offputting.
Has anyone heard them and how do they compare to the standard and CCC ones?

I spotted a pair on a Tuscan on Saturday at Chatsworth. Looked really good, but it was at low revs so I didn't hear much!

Are they £350 for a pair?

I think you should get some more carbon cans (£250 on ebay from CCC. I really find it hard to believe that anything other than a granade in my brain could be louder than my CC's

Nooooooooo! I hope that due to the date of this thread you will not have been even able to buy these exhausts. Do not. Under any circumstances. Yes I know they look nice! I will not risk breaking posting rules, by saying anything on this forum, but if anyone is considering these I strongly suggest we engage in an email discussion first! Feel free to email me.

If anyone is after a nice set of cans - I have a pair from a Sagaris that are all stainless steel - just email me. They swap on and off a Tuscan exhaust just like CCC cans etc. In fact, the Sagaris ones are made by Blueflame for TVR and are really sharknose cans in a pure stainless finish. They sound great when pushing on, but are not so ridiculous that they are plain noisey or grate on your nerves on a long motorway drive. Guess these would be £500-600 from TVR but I am looking for half that.

It was interesting when all the Tuscan owners went to Gaydon last year. Of all the cars that arrived there first - everyone had aftermarket cans - and no two looked or sounded exactly the same.

Try running without them I'm currently minus a can due to the nearside weld failing and its incredibly noisey - If I thought I could get away with it I would not have it re-welded however its just too much for more than about an hour.
