Brake Calliper ID
Discussion
Can anyone tell me how to tell the difference between standard and Red Rose AP Callipers?
I'm looking to upgrade the front discs on my car and am going to get some 4.5 Cerbera bells and AP grooved discs and was going to go the standard 304mm route, which I understand is the max size capable in the standard callipers. Looking at my callipers though, there is at least a 10mm gap at each end between the disc edge and the radius in the calliper so it looks like they would take bigger discs with a spacer.
Any ideas?

Not sure but here is a picture of my 2000 Red Rose brakes which have the alloy bells which is how I tell the difference between a genuine early Red Rose and a non red rose. I think these are the same as the 4.5 AP's of the same period. The later Tuscan S's did not have the alloy bells.
