I've read a lot of positive reports about having Nitrons fitted to my Tuscan S. and at the same time having the alignment set up. Does anyone know or can recommend someone who can do this in the Hampshire, Berkshire, Surry boarders. I would like to get it properly set up before going to Tuscany in it

Racing Green (nr Aldershot) generally come highly recommended and sorted the Geometry (incl Nitrons) on mine when another main dealer had royally buggered things up.

TVR Power (at Coventry) did mine and happily mucked about with the settings over about 6 months until I felt comfortable. Highly Recommended.

To throw another name into the mix, when I last spoke to Guy, he recommended Topcats, although they're a bit further from you.

TopCats did mine. They are just outside Aylesbury. It was the best £1200 (including corner weighting and set up costs) i have spent on the car and transformed the handling.

Warren can be reached on 01296 655109.

Hi folks, anyone fitted spax dampers to a tuscan. I fited a set to my chim and they were a great improvment. (But then i sold it) Does a tuscan have the same coil over units as a chim? exepting that spring and damping rates will differ. Adj (platform height& damping) spax for my old chim cost about £120 each.

Dave can you let us know the results. Are you having the set up done prior to fitting the Nitrons to compare the difference, also when are you off to Italia? I'm going down to Ancona(Adriatic side) next Sunday probably stopping off on Como that night if you wanted to meet up? John.

Hi John
I'm over in China this week sorry for the late reply. The car is being fully set up with the nitrons including the 4 corner alignment being done while I’m away. I'm told that it's better to run the car for a few weeks to get the car settled before starting a long journey just in case the nitrons need adjusting. Which is a bit fiddly to do yourself? I get the car back on the 17th I will let you know if it makes a difference. My trip over in Europe is in August
