Giving the Tusk a full decat picking it up Wed/Thur just wondering what to expect, yes yes I know more noise but what sort ??? Will it just sound the same but louder or will the roar change a little. I remember when I sleeved my cans the car sounded totally different.
no much change until you get to 3000rpm then all hell breaks loose. Oh and be prepared for the pops and bangs to be much much much louder when it's hot....
Are you getting replacement de-cat pipes or the cats hollowed out?
Getting the cats taken out, If I remember right It was about £200 or so just for the pipes (Prob much cheaper from D.T's) but I suppose It's the same thing !
