Rear roll hoop trim / brake light removal

Has anyone had to remove the trim inside the rear roll/targa hoop?

My high level brake light has a badly broken lens, and needs to be replaced, so I need to remove the interior trim to get at the fixings. Any suggestions or guidance would be most appreciated, even if it's just "don't even think about it!".
