Car cut out today at london thunder outside ritz hotel. Would not start for a short while but when it did was idling at 1700rpm. Cut out again later and re-started idling again at 1700rpm with EFI fault code. On the move car runs fine - thinking about resetting ECU? Any other ideas wecomed. thanks to the other tvr drvers who pushed me to safety off picadilly.

I did drive past and see you but I thought you may have been booking in

EFI fault is nothing to worry on - just the wet weather

As for the revs maybe the throttle bodies??

could well be the throttle bodies or even oxygen sensors (Lambda sensor) - that would cause the problem and also why the EFI light coming on.
Wet weather can bring the EFI light on but it should go off once the engine heats up -the car would feel fine to drive though.

Get it checked out
