Where is the fuse box?

Hi, Could someone please tell me where the fuse box on a tuscan is? In particular the cigarette lighter socket.

Right under the steering column in the top of drivers foot well. There's a layout of the fuses in the owners book but from memory, the lighter fuse is third down from the top right (assuming your lying on your back looking up at it.)
