Why is it so bad?

Is there anyway to improve it simply?

What are the advantages to building a car in such a way?

Are all Ferraris, Lambos, etc the same?

Just curious, as it always bugs me doing those 3/5 point turns etc.

it gets smaller if you have a heavy boot, especially in the current greasy conditions

Big wide tyres and widely braced wishbones mean the front wheels physically can't turn far before clouting the suspension. Combine that with a fairly long wheelbase and you end up with "ocean liner" turning circles.

Lots of engine between front wheels means no room to turn them!!
