sticky drivers window

Afternoon all

As the post says, my drivers window is a little sticky. Its fine after a wash so I presume its just the guides that need lubricating.
I went to take the door card off and the allen key bots at the bottom that hold it on are rusted pretty solid (flummoxed by another 20p component)!

1. Has anyone else had sticky windows and what did you do?
2. Any suggestions as to how to remove the door card without destroying the door?

door trim comes off via the 2/3 hex bolts in the door pocket, NOT the allen key bolts under the door.

Apologies. Its the ones in the door pocket that are rustind in...
