2000W 20K miles and not had a rebuild?

Hi all,

Have owned several TVR's in the past and am now looking for my next. Have been offered the above. Am nervous as it has not yet had a rebuild. Does anyone on hear know of cars of this age not ever requiring such?

I guess it all depends how much you got offered it for. I would certainly factor in the cost of a rebuild just in case.
My X reg and my 04 plate Tuscans got rebuilds.

IMO, I doubt there are many 2000/W's which haven't needed a re build of some sort or other.

If you get it cheap enough and have £6k put aside for a decent rebuild you won't go far wrong. You never know, it might be one of the good 'uns.
