Have you seen the Tuscan mk1 RR for sale 2001 with 1K miles on the clock used in Monaco. Its essentially new.

assuming paint, interior, chassis are ok, and the electrics are not too corroded, and the upright recall was done, the aircon works, tyres are not flatspotted, clutch slave seals are ok, dampers are not leaking, then all you have to worry about is the engine, which being built in probably mid 2000 and only have done 1170 miles with probably one engine service without a valve clearance check, which of course is a lottery with bad odds.

Personally for that money there are plenty of others around that are not likely to cost as much to get up and running!!

PS. Nice colour combination and I reckon it might just have a new battery

suspension front upright hubs would rust on early tuscans and cerberas of year 2000/early 2001, so a recall was done.
