just the standard size in the sides but im putting a 12" JBL sub in the boot to make up for the lack of bass.some people have done some proper upgrades on the back shelf but it's too much messing about for me,some have the subs in the boot and say they work well so im going for that option.

Ask Steve_T about the MBQuarts speakers in his Cerb. Soon as I can afford it, they are going in my Tuscan, 6 of them, to be fitted by Carl Baker....top guy.

Carl has quoted 650-700 to supply and install mine, 4 in the rear, and 2 in the front. He installed my new head unit last month...yummy.

built a false back to the shelf area, there is just enough depth under the rear screen for the sub. it took aggggeeeessss to get the enclosure to the right organic shape!

Lovely speakers the 'Quarts and the 6 speaker package Carl puts together works seemlessly across the frequency range, giving a very high quality sound. My install is in a Cerb, but I know Carl has also done a Tuscan recently too. The Quarts are a sensitive speaker, so they cope very well with the ambient cabin noise of a TVR going at pace, and that's using just a head unit to drive them. The next step for me is a suitable amp, but this is icing on the cake rather than necessary. Audio is of course subjective and people want different things from their setups, for instance if you're a serious bass head, this is probably not the setup for you. If anyone is interested in an audition of the Quarts before they part with any hard earned and they're local-ish to me, give me a shout and we'll meet up.

Cheers,

Steve.
