Off the line as quick as humanly possible

Now I know the Tuscan is muchos quick, however how can you get the best 0-60? All I ever seem to do is bog down or spin the wheels. Please help as I have just challanged my mate to a drag race. Whilst I have no worries really I would still like the best launch as he has a 365bhp 4 wheel drive contraption.
