Which product do I need?
Following the my dealer, water will do the job but on the long term, isn't it bad for the cooling system? Corrosion?
So, what should I do?

Most types of anti freeze have corrosion inhibitor which should be ok for alloy engines (check label) Water alone would cause corrosion, and freeze! D.
