Help - Can`t get into car!!

Tuscan in garage on charge with Optimate charger with Alarm not set - Optimate looks like its working but have noticed a strange noise coming from the engine bay - sounds like the door opening mechanism constantly trying to open the doors without any joy? Battery totally flat and cannot open any of the doors or the boot?? Any ideas what to do?
