Just decided to fit a set of AVO's to my Tuscan in an attempt to calm down it's high speed waywardness.
Anyone have any thought's on setting's and do i have to have a geometry check after fitting, any help much appreciated, anyone else with them fitted?

I would suggest that having the suspension set up by an expert is more important than getting the right components. Find somebody who knows what they're talking about, work with them to find out what sort of spec is most likely to suit your needs and then get them to fit them and set it all up. The best components in the world are no good if they're set up wrong.
In some ways it's a shame that springs and dampers are so easy to fit because imo it encourages people to think of them as an easy DIY job. There is far more to it than just bolting the parts on, and a few quid getting them set up right will be money well spent imo.
