I just finished changing the oil from the engine, waited a little and decided to turn on the ignition... only a few seconds, oil pressure is still at 0 psi.

Did draining the oil mess up the oil sensor ? or Does it take a while for the sensor to get the correct reading ?

Don't want to let the engine on too long if there's a problem with the pressure...
(I put about 5L of oil so there should be enough).

Just had this happen to me. It turned out to be the woodruff key. If that is whats wrong with yours then its an engine out job to repair. Dont even start the engine as the damage can be a lot in a very short space of time.
I hope thats not what has happened.

HAHA! Gud one !

Problem solved partly thanks to rick and TVR Power smile

I unscrewed the pressure relief valve to get some oil out and when the flow of oil came it took the spring with it tongue out (I hadn't noticed, hell I didn't even know it was the screw relief valve lol.

I found it in my bucket this morning... Probably a noobie mistake but you learn from your mistakes huh!
