Interesting..
With my basic (very basic) knowledge of these things, I would have thought that to cause a short from the charging point, it would have to be connected to the battery conditioner. Obviously, I was wrong..
Good thing that my battery is very much dead at the moment, so wont have to worry about it... :-)

Removed my Anderson connector for exactly that reason. Will get one fitted into the engine bay at next service... they just get full of crud behind the front wheel...
Took mine in to SussexTVR for a replacement fuel pipe and John noticed my connector was shot to bits and he removed it for me. To be honest I thought the risk sounded minimal but after seeing that video I'm glad he thought to check it!!! I wouldn't have.Message Board | Tuscan | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
