Oil hose catching on steering rack.

Just wondered if this is a known problem? The hose from the dry sump to what i believe is the scavenge pump (basically bottom of the block) Is very slightly being caught by the steering rack (not sure what the part is called,its the white plastic disc and the bolts are hitting).

It has just this week developed into a very slight leak now so i'll have to get it changed.

However surely its just going to happen again, pipe seems to be quite pressed in too iykwim.

Hmm, sounds like you've been running with some collapsed engine mounts for quite some time?

Don't think its the engine mounts as spoke to the mechanic today and they were fine 2500 miles ago so should still be ok, i think they were changed under 4k ago.

Its just really tight in there, going to get him to see if it can be routed a bit better.
