no power on 3PIN connector

After a rebuild of 2 year I started the engine and it was running. But when I connected the Laptop to the 3 Pin Connector (engine was running) to check further. Nothing. After checking with a tool there was no power on the 3 Pin connector at all. (Petrol pump running, alarm off)

What to check next?

There is no power. It's earth, send data and receive data.

According my Laptopscreen the cable is not connected. If I use the same set up for my 2003 Tuscan it works (with the actual software) perfect.

This is an early 2001 version (also 3 pin) Is the Laptop software different?

mine also did not work. I connected to the 9-pin connector on the ECU directly and that works.

My send and receive were reversed on one car, I just use pins which I insert in socket. May be this.

I made a quick test to check if the 3 pin connector has ground. And yes it has on all the 3 ports. But it has ground all the time even is the pump is not running. (ING off)
Are there more checks to make to be sure that the problem is not the ECU??

Found it!

The 2003 car (first picture) are the three wires OK for the Lap Top. On the 2001 model are the wires (Green/White and Red/White) wrong.
Strange how it works in the past with the software.
When I reconnected the green and red wire everything is OK again.
