I was shopping this morning before my little trip on a plane thats hopefully gonne end up with me driving a Tuscan S home, while wondering aimlessly i noticed that they have large(ish) tins of the holts tyre weld for 3 quid which i thought was cheap.

Make sure they are for 18" tyres. I got a flat the other day and realised mine was only good for up to 15" and didn't pump the tyre up at all. Ended up driving less than a mile up the road to an air compressor, but that caused enough damage to the tyre wall to make it too dangerous to repair.

I should really have had a better look but if the car am looking at doesnt have a can already al be passing in by for a couple of tins before undertaking a 500mile journey to the nort of scotland

Noone is looking forward to it more than me, lol. Its the Tuscan S thats for sale on here, av never even sat in a tuscan so al be like a kid at christmas

Excellent, took ours to the British GP, 870 miles 26mpg, so should manage the drive back no problem. Just be careful, as they are RWD and light, and the weather/roads will be cold.

Yeah i was budgeting for 20mpg so if i get any more than that al be happy. Yeah i will be taking it very canny, wouldnt stand the ripping at work if i didnt make it home

Enjoy it mate I picked my Tusc S last friday, i have been in it every day since, drove it back through monsoon rain I keep going into the garage to have a peek, sad I know hahaha but it makes me smile.

All done and dusted bought the car and drove it all the way home through wind rain and snow mostly with the roof down, car didna break a sweat and averaged 26 mpg, am a happy happy boy and all my mates want tuscans to replace there now boring m3s!
