Hi Folks, looks like the battery hasn't survived the winter- can anyone recommend a good make to replace it with? Thanks Andrew.

Andrew,
Just replaced mine with a Varta type 072 CCA of 680 amps.

...Having said that, previous one of same make and type failed after 2 and a bit years - but replaced under warranty, without any quibbles/arguments.

Thanks Nick and appreciate the ID code, saves taking the old one out and then having to get the new one etc..

Where did you buy it from, Halfrauds?

Cheers Andrew

^^^Good point made by Graham. So - my Tuscan (04) has the +ve post inboard/nearest the engine.

I got the battery from my local motor factors - they've always been really helpful with 'routine' stuff for my TVRs...so I like to give them business when I can.
