brakes mrk1 tuscan

The brakes on my tuscan seem to be very hard with not much travel on the pedal.
The servo is working,Is this normal for the Tuscan ?

Mines the same. But there seems plenty of stopping power when press hard.

My old Elise was the same, but that had no servo.

You can adjust the feel of the brakes by playing around with the position of the pins on the pedal.

Mines stiff too (oh err)

But theres of feel within that small movement, really like it actually but did initially feel wrong.
