Rear Screen Scratches - 'Cutting' Agent?
Discussion
i polished mine up with a dual action polisher, but i think the polishes i used can be used by hand. I used the menzerna graded polishes. Equally u could use scratchx or ultimate compound from meguairs. For a good filler, which will just hide them a while, auto glym super resin polish is great. Hope that helps

While we're on the subject - My rear screen rubs on the back of the boot lid which is scratching the screen and removing the paint. I can't see anyway to fix this, the screen in pushed in as far as it will do, I have a new seal and RaceTech Screen clips. The boot lid also looks to be sat in the right place.
Is this a common problem?

I have some Renovo soft top window cleaner which I used on the Chim. It worked really well on the soft screen and tried it on the Tuscan. The results weren't as dramatic, but it got rid of the worst of it. It's not too expensive and very easy to use. Wax on wax off as Mr Miyagi would say.

There should be a foam strip along the edge of the boot that sits against the screen when the boot is closed. Is this a common problem?
