Hi All

Looking to get the front end resprayed, plus some touching up elsewhere, and get the flip bonnet done at the same time.

Anyone know anywhere around the East Midlands/East Anglia that have done this? Don't really want the trek to S&D in Blackpool.

Cheers

+2 - my cars with him at the moment and they'll collect from home for you. I'm in St Neots and he had no concerns coming from Stourbridge to collect.

I asked him about that the other day. He was not very keen and will try and put you off.

Adrian doesn't believe that the current mechanisms look good/suitable enough and also that the engines should only be looked over by the experts...

No, haven't called yet. Probably a good think as I stuffed it today - front end will need more than a re-spray frown

Yeah, all OK, wasn't a big one and the car runs fine, but the inspection bonnet is held on with cable ties (fibreglass snapped at the hinges), pepperpot grille is toast and the passenger side front wing cracked but in one piece. Main bonnet is still attached, everything is square so should be fixable.

I could make excuses, but reality is that the road ran out at the same time as my talent. Simple as. Really pi***d off with myself more than anything for pushing it just a bit too hard.
