How do I change headlamp bulb?

Search not getting me anywhere...

Can anyone post a 2 line guide to changing a headlight bulb?
And what type of bulb?

IIRC it's an H7 bulb/lamp (for the purists - "bulbs grow, lamps glow").

Remove main bonnet.
Unscrew hatch/panel at front of car to expose light fittings.
Disconnect multiplug from dipped beam lamp (higher).
Remove lamp holder - replace blown item...and refit
Check operation before 'buttoning-up'

Loan the car to your other half and have her call the AA.

Having checked, oops! The AA is wise to this now. Bugger. How DO we change a bulb?
