Sounds like great fun. Always thought the e-type and Tuscan shared some lines. First time I've seen them parked together.

Nice to hear you all had a good run out hope you all stuck to the speed limits and no terrorising the tarmack, you say no problems with the cars as if you were relived and expecting problems? Or is it just the first question most TVR owners ask and problems takes up 99percent of conversations surrounding TVRs? Hope yo install confidence in others to risk? a drive out without a recovery truck in tow AA membership halvwits toolkit, ass wrapped round the seat cringing while they cross all their body parts just hoping that they can get in to their cars nevermind daring to leave the country . Hope you all have some more fantastic trips in theise 3 cars

I took my Tuscan to France a couple of weeks ago, didn't miss a beat even after being caught in horrendous rain most of the way back to Dover.

On good frnech rads it is a real pleasure and only got flashed by a camera once.

Has to be said the frenchies love a trevor, kids taking photos, waving cheering etc.

I know where you are coming from Froggie, but the majority of us infrequentlty use these cars, therefore storing up trouble when the sun comes out. I was invited down to the Dordogne by a friend last week, but was asked if the car would make it!!!!!! It's been around France on many occasion and the odd weekend trip to the UK which puts on over 1000 miles in 2-3 days.
I have had big garage bills but nothing major, a slave cylinder replacement is the biggest mechanical fault to date.

Kind regards,

James.
