I'd second the Vreds for all round use. There is also a new version out which looks very like the GY F1 asym and seems to be getting good reviews, but they don't do it in 235/40 so depends what size you run on the front.
If you only use it when dry then maybe something like the Toyo R1R, which has been raved about by a few of the Tuscan owners on here.

^^^ What they said, Vred ultrac Sessantas are 1 of the reasons my Tuscan now handles as it should,
They seem to of transformed the way the car rides, It has even stopped tramlining,
They are also fantastic in the wet, They take about 500 ish miles to scrub in after they've been fitted, After that they are simply fantastic, I also had them on my M5 (recently sold sadly) and they were superb on that also.
In case you hadn't guessed, Im a huge fan of them.

The Tuscan2 has 255/35/18s all round like the Sag doesn't it ?
So they should be available in that size I would imagine.
I am looking for new tyres for my Sag so sounds like I should try these, which I've thought about for a while. Ian did you have them on the Sag when you owned it ??

800 miles or so with Sessantas on the rear of the Sag, initially I wasn't sure as they seem to retain their release agent for a long while but now I would say they are easily the equal of the Goodyear Eagle Assymetrics in the dry and are better in the wet. All horses for courses though as mine gets used in most weathers I wanted something that would perform well in all British summer conditions, different wheels with winter tyres for the colder months, i am sure those who only use theirs in good conditions can find better dry weather tyres.
When you take cost into account unless the Sessantas only last for half the time of the Eagles then they are a very good deal.

Well just mentioning R1R is not fair I must admit...it does come down to how you will use them (trackdays or not, daily driver etc.) and your personal preference. I love the Toyo R1R for their grip (in dry) and the feed back, but I would fully understand someone would prefer a tyre that is a little less (semi)slick.
