I have a problem with the electrics on my 2S air conn, the compressor is working fine and everything is charged to the correct pressure but there is no 12v supply to the compressor when the air conn is switched on in the car, the dash info is all showing correctly also Anyone know of any common, easy fix issues I could check?

Thanks. I have Graham's book and when I put an independent supply to the compressor it runs ok. I have just bought a new trinary switch but the connections are different to the ones on the car. Plus I have no idea how to get the old one out!!!! It's well and truly burred

Thanks I have found that now at least I can check for continuity on the terminals. It's well hidden up behind the dash though, looks like the capillary tube may be mangled up ;(

I had a similar problem to this - everything gassed and no leaks, but no air con - it turned out that a chip had blown in the pod. TVR Power sent it (the pod) to a lady in Blackpool who fixed it cheaply (<£100 IIRC)

I'm been struggling to get the meter on the connections so far up in the dash, looks like i may have to take the heater matrix out and straighten out and check the "oven" thing, this sounds like another weekends going to be spent on sorting the little gremlins out wink
