Tyre pressure!
Discussion
TVR's have always had relatively low tyre pressures (my previous '90's S was 22 frt, 24 rr).
This is because they use relatively large tyres compared to their weight. Hence the stiffness of the tyre would be too great with a more typical tyre pressure (as used by a heavier car) and the ride comfort would be rubbish.

I suggest trying it on a bumpy road with a deep ditch either side with the rears at 35.......and then if it isn't already in the ditch, try it again with the rears as suggested at about 24/25. Then you will see which is best. I know, it seems wrong if you, like me, also drive a repmobile, but it will handle a hell of a lot better.
If it still feels at all unpredictable, and especially if the suspension joints have been replaced recently, I would suggest a full four wheel alignment might improve things. Worth the 60 quid or so. My Chimaera was a nightmare the day i collected it from the dealer, and was a whole lot better after those two issues were sorted.

I've seen in the handbook that the pressure needs to be 25 and 28 PSI, is it normal that it's so much less then a "normal" car?
I've always seen 35 all round in my regular cars.
Yes, normal, as they're low weight cars. Putting the tyes on 35psi will make you feel a little bouncy I've always seen 35 all round in my regular cars.
